Dust them over bare skin or hair or apply over finished make-up with a smoothy brush or with your finger.
For total "liquid color" coverage, blend with LiquiSet or Final Seal for smudge-proof durability.
Adjust sealer to powder ratio, for desired opacity and airbrush efficiency.
Remove with soap and water.
